Calculate your Local Property Tax

This service allows you to calculate the amount of Local Property Tax due on your property for any period.

Instructions

Select the desired period
Select the Local Authority of your property
Select your Property band
e.g. A property valued at €210.000 falls into the band "€200.001 - €250.000"
e.g. A property valued at €210.000 falls into the band "€200.001 - €262.000" for valuation period 2022 onwards
If you have selected a period between 2013 and 2021 and "Over €1 million" band then enter the value of your property into the "Valuation of your property" field.
If you have selected a period after 2021 and "Over €1.75 million" band then enter the value of your property into the "Valuation of your property" field
The total amount of LPT due (including any Local Authority rate adjustment) for your property will be displayed
